 At 30mm wide (21mm internal) they are slightly wider than last years model, and weigh from as little as 1335 grams, with superb aero characteristics married to superlative strength and handling - they are our lightweight climbers disc wheelset. BUT our wheels are also tough … rated to 120kg riders.

The filament wound construction also confers great strength - meaning these wheel are equally home on TARMAC, TRAIL and CYCLOCROSS. Optimised for road tyres in the 25-32mm range, we designed them specifically to get the best out of the new generation of clincher/tubeless tyres. Should you choose to venture onto trails/gravel they will take tyres to to 50mm and beyond.

Using the very latest filament-winding carbon lay-up processes - This DISC wheelset combines the lightest weight and highest strength that current technologies will allow - Rated to a superb 120Kg its tough enough even for cyclocross.

Our premium full-carbon wheelset utilises patented filament-wound, robotic-built, ultra-high temperature rims.

Sounds fancy: Filament winding technology is an automated method which has revolutionised rim consistency in the manufacture of full carbon wheels. Made from single carbon filaments - the manufacturing process enables precise control of every step - resulting in the roundest, strongest, lightest wheel combinations.

This level of precision and care extends throughout the entire quality control process -  with each and every rim X-Rayed for structural uniformity and compliance.

Your wheels will be hand built to order in the UK. (current build times are 14-21 days).

BUILD VERSIONS (Hub and Spoke Options)

Our standard SUPERAEROLIGHT build uses the superb Bitex hubs from Taiwan (the world’s longest established hub maker!). Both options laced with Pillars excel PSR Aero spokes.

When specced in the fabulous SUPERAEROLIGHT ++ Build. This includes superlight Bitex hubs and superlative SAPIM CXRAY spokes and takes this option  close to 1400 grams.

Or for the lightest and most stunning build possible we now offer the astonishing Carbon-Ti hubs in partnership with CXRAY Spokes. This means in their lightest version weights as low as 1335 grams can be attained!

This is the newest of our K1 carbon wheelsets, with a full carbon u-shaped rim profile - it is aimed at those riders who prefer an ultra-modern wider rimmed wheelset. When specced with the wonderfully aero and light CXRAY spokes and our lightweight hubs .... They come in at 1330-1430grams. And they are also "tubeless ready"!

It's an incredibly fast-moving time for road disc systems at the moment with lots of competing standards for Axle types and frame fitting methods and for rotor fastening.

The K1-34FW's are handbuilt to order and are available for the whole wide range of modern axle and rotor fitment systems. Whatever your frame needs we can configure these wheels to your bike. And even if you change your bike - the hubs are all simply convertible to all the other axles standards! We think that's massively important as it future-proofs your wheels! (no one wants to be left with the betamax of hub types and obsolete wheels!)

AXLES : We can configure your wheel axles to meet your frame requirements. So whether you have standard quick release or the more modern "thru-axle" setup, or whether you have 135mm or 142 mm rear spacing, we can supply them ready-to-roll!
   
HUBS : We use the superb Bitex 6-drive hubs. WE NOW ALSO OFFER THE ULTIMATE IN PERFORMANCE HUBS: The DTSwiss 350 and 240 series. And now we offer the amazing CARBON-Ti hubs too!
